This machine is a standard Stereolithography, SLA style, 3D printer that builds models using photosensitive resin.
The completion of MACCLab Orientation, Intro to 3D Printing as well as Form 3 Resin Printing is required to use this machine. Those with previous resin printing experience who believe they are proficient in using this machine can opt for a private proficiency test with a qualified instructor.
The cost of the print is determined by the weight of the material used. Bring your finished print to the sign in desk for weighing and payment.

Scheduled by the hour. Prints limited to 4 hours during the day. Overnight prints are acceptable for prints ranging from 4 hours to 16 hours. Requests for prints longer than 16 hours are schedule permitting and require approval of the Makerspace Coordinator. All prints longer than 4 hours must be scheduled through the Makerspace Coordinator.
