Class – Basics of Industrial Sewing

3-hour access class introducing the home sewing, industrial walking foot, and sergers, basic operations and uses. This class is focused on working with thick materials. The proficiency of the students will be tested through the creation of a tote bag. All materials are provided within the class fee. If you have not completed MACCLab Orientation please arrive 30 minutes early to do so.

Members, students, and guests must wear closed toe shoes at all times when in the makerspace.
